Reds beat Philly 2-0 behind Edison Volquez 7 innings of shutout ball. Volquez gave up 2 hits and struck out 8 in the game, he is now the leader in era, k's and second in wins in the national league. The guy should start the all star game at this point.

Josh Hamilton for Edinson Volquez.
Hamilton is in the running for the AL Triple Crown
Volquez is 8-2 and in the running for the NL pitching Triple Crown.
Don't forget about the other "throw in" the Rangers gave the Reds. Herrera came in and pitched great last night.
